Refund policy

Holiday returns & exchanges
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2026 can be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2027, including bundles and sale items. Picked the wrong fraternity or style? Email sam@greekgolfcompany.com and we’ll exchange it.

30-day returns
Outside the holiday window, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, email sam@greekgolfcompany.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us won’t be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email us right away and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items
Custom chapter hat orders and gift cards can’t be returned. Outside the holiday window, sale items can’t be returned.

Exchanges
Need a different fraternity or style? Email us and we’ll handle the swap.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. Approve
